Scores can be generated at a facility specific level by filling in the questionnaire. All answers to the questionnaire can be saved to allow the user to return to complete the questionnaire at another time. You can also send the questionnaire - fully secured - to another user, for example a plant manager, who will be able to enter information on your behalf.
The questions with water drops are direct risk indicators. Other questions do not influence the risk scores, but may help to better understand the water situation of your company. This may be helpful when defining what your company can do to respond to water issues and mitigate some of the risks.
This portfolio matrix represents the Basin and Company related risks of all the assessed facilities of your company or client.
This facility heat map provides direct insight in the aggregated risk scores for the selected facility.
All the risk indicators for this facility are found below. The Basin related risk indicators are generated automatically based on GPS position, while most of the Company related risk indicators are based on the questionnaire. All answers can be adjusted by clicking on them, if you feel that better information is available. More information on each indicator can be found under the ‘i’ icon. The weightings per indicator can be viewed and tailored to your company.
The Water Risk Filter produces three automatically generated reports covering all relevant items of the risk assessment.
The ‘Portfolio report’ contains high level risk results of all assessed facilities of your company or client, and provides insights on the exposure to water risks on a portfolio level. Risk scores are represented in a risk matrix and in a list, and all facilities are mapped on detailed water scarcity and pollution maps.
The ‘Facility specific report’ contains all the information of that specific facility’s risk assessment. The heat map and all underlying individual risk indicators are presented in the report. The company is plotted on water scarcity and pollution maps, and examples of mitigation responses are generated based on the three highest risks of the facility.
We have worked together with the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) to ensure you have a head start in filling in the next CDP questionnaire. We provide all the information that is available for your company on a portfolio level in the same structure as the CDP Water Initiative questionnaire. . This report is provided in Word, so answers can be copy-pasted into the CDP questionnaire, providing you the opportunity to amend your answers.
